Analysed the full product journey to identify experience gaps, then led design of the in-app shopping experience – creating a seamless handoff between the MUUVR app and a third-party purchase, shipping and returns flow.

Joined when UX was nonexistent and handled solely by developers. Introduced design principles, built a design-driven mindset from scratch, and delivered a full redesign. Resulted in user satisfaction scores of 5.0/5 for interface and 4.8/5 for performance.

Designed an Apple Watch companion app for BMW in a focused 5-week sprint, from competitive benchmarking and UX pattern research through to MVP design and full accessibility compliance.

Led a team of 8 designers to establish a coherent UX across all seven.one TV products, introducing Story Highlights that doubled short-form video views and reshaping the Big Screen experience for a platform shifting from TV to streaming.
